Coaches Comments: We have a great group of kids who believe in each other and keep pushing to get better. The boys winning the conference title not having any seniors is amazing and that group is going to just keep getting better. On the girls side we had runners looking strong and hitting PR’s. Running districts on Thursday will be exciting!

MVAOCOU will run in the Class 1A  State Qualifying meet in Panorama on Thursday, Oct. 22 at the Panorama High School. Races start at 4 p.m.
