City of Mapleton Minutes - Special Council Meeting - May 29, 2024 The special meeting of the city council was held on May 29, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. Roll call was taken with the following members present, Benita Uhl, Jacob Zawodny, Zach Schrader, Abby Koenigs, Joe Hogan and Mayor Brent Streck. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion by Jacob Zawodny, second by Benita Uhl to approve the order of the agenda and approve an amendment to add the City of Mapleton special use liquor license for July 4th activities. Ayes: All. Motion carried. Motion by Zach Schrader, second by Abby Koenigs to approve the outdoor liquor license for Hawkeye Bar. Ayes: All. Motion carried. Motion by Abby Koenigs, second by Zach Schrader to approve the City of Mapleton special liquor license for July 4th activities. Ayes: All. Motion carried.
