Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Membership Meeting Minutes Thursday August 22, 2024 – 4:15 PM, Veterans Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center Roll Call: 49 counties present. Minutes from May 15, 2024 were approved with motion by Christine - Keokuk County, second by Tina - Woodbury County, all ayes. Treasurer’s Report: Financial report presented. Service Fee Review Committee: Shelly Sitzmann is the Committee Chair. Other committee members include: Jeff Garrett, Dustin Johnson, Marc Carr, Alise Snyder and Robin Jamison. The committee is in the process of reviewing the current service fee structure and proposing a new service fee structure. Interest Disbursement: Amy and Mark are in the final stages of preparing the interest distribution to membership. ICTEA Playbook: Mark reviewed where to find the ICTEA Playbook and the contents. Future Enhancements: Mark reviewed the web enhancements that have been completed and those that are still in progress. The Web Policy Group will be considering website enhancements at October Leadership. Members were asked to submit their enhancement requests to the board. RFP: The board is looking into the possibility of doing an RFP for our online services. ICTEA is in the final contract year with Catalis. The contract also includes two one-year extension options. Any member interested in being a potential RFP committee member should email the board. Motion to Adjourn by Tracey - Cass County, second by Ted - Story County, all ayes.
