Special Meeting Schleswig City Council May 20, 2024 - 2:00 P.M. Mayor Winquist called the special session to order. Council Members present: R. Hanlin, T. Bubke, P. Outhouse, T. Kluender & R. Degen. Motion by Hanlin/Bubke to approve the agenda. All ayes. Telephone conference was conducted with Dorsey & Whitney regarding Urban Renewal/TIF. Motion by Kluender/Degen to contribute $1,000.00 to Region XII COG for Housing Tax Credit Home, 103 Southern Heights Circle. All ayes. Motion by Bubke/Hanlin to approve grant document of Under the Son Childcare Center. All ayes. Motion by Outhouse/Hanlin to adjourn at 3:30 p.m. All ayes.
